Vidya Balan is dressing up glamorously, giggling infectiously and feeling right at home among Delhi's glitterati. The grapevine says she is really getting to know a hotshot politician who has a great eye for gorgeous women. He's single, loaded, poerful and a thorough chamer. Apparently he's already spent millions of rupees on Vidya.By the way, this gentleman also has a home on the Riviera, so how can we blame Vidya of falling for him, when half of Delhi can't resist his charms?
